About Solace Aerospace

Solace Aerospace is a Sydney-based sovereign capability company building hydrogen-powered vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft for specialist defence and emergency services. Founded in 2026, we exist to give Australia and its allies runway-independent aircraft that perform when the stakes are highest — and the runway is nowhere to be found.

Our aircraft are engineered around three pillars: hydrogen fuel cell powertrains that deliver transcontinental range with water as the only exhaust, hybrid VTOL flight that removes the need for runways or launch infrastructure, and autonomous avionics built for beyond-visual-line-of-sight operations. The Colossus - Stratos H2 is our high-endurance, hydrogen hybrid platform built for persistent surveillance and long-range reconnaissance, while the Array family of heavy-lift VTOL aircraft delivers transport and heavy payloads into remote and austere environments.

We build for police, search-and-rescue, and medical extraction teams across the region — delivering people, equipment, and intelligence into terrain no other platform can reach. Every aircraft is zero-emission, long-range, and built on sovereign soil, engineered in Sydney to perform when the stakes are highest and the runway is nowhere to be found.
